This Day consists of:
7:00am Leave from a the Surrey area or an agreed depature point for bespoke trips - where secure car parking is available.
9:00am Crossing via Channel Tunnel
11:00am (local time). Arrive in Calais. Onwards travel towards Ypres.
12:15pm Stop off at the Brandhoek Cemetery. See the grave and hear the story of double VC holder, Noel Chevasse. Visit Essex Farm Cemetery and John McCrae Memorial.
1:15pm Lunch stop. Free to wander in the town centre with its lovely cafes and shops.
2:30pm Meet up for coach to the Hill 62 Museum and Canadian Memorial.
4:00pm Coach to Passchendaele and Tyne Cot Cemetery
6:00pm Coach to Langemarck German Cemetery.
6:30pm Return to Ypres. Free time for supper.
7:45pm Meet up at the Menin Gate for the sounding of the Last Post.
9:00pm Set off for Calais and return crossing
11:30pm Back at departure point.
